We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and excellent housekeeping. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and we loved the flat-screen TV in the room. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were very impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast variety offered a good mix of Western and Eastern food. The hotel location was very central and perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and approachable.
The room was not comfortable and was quite small, which made it difficult to move around. Additionally, the room was not very clean and had a musty smell, which was unpleasant. while the location and breakfast were good, the room was uncomfortable and not clean.

The hotel's convenient location close to the train station and night market makes it a great choice. Guests can easily explore the town's attractions such as temples, food spots, and hot springs. the spacious room and bathroom are well-maintained, with good facilities provided. Breakfast offers a variety of local and western choices, including fresh fruit, tea, and coffee.
Some minor maintenance issues were reported in previous reviews.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the popular night market and close to transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great breakfast with lots of options such as fruit, cereal, eggs, and bacon. The hotel was also in a great location, walking distance from the night market and close to the train station. Another plus was that the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
There were a few design flaws in the hotel, such as the lack of towel hooks and shower curtains in the bathroom which made it look messy. there was no iron available and the blinds did not block out enough light which made it difficult to sleep in.
